Shipping policy

 

In addition to local Hong Kong delivery. We currently ship to the following countries via FedEx International: Australia, Canada, Dubai, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, UK, USA, and Vietnam. If you are located outside of these countries, please contact us directly to check. Please check out our FAQ for more details.

Customers shall be responsible for checking if there are any weight and other import restrictions imposed by the destination country. Some countries may impose a tax on parcels weighing over a certain weight; customers shall understand such restrictions beforehand and shall be responsible for any necessary fee. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Customers will be responsible for any additional fees charged for re-delivery by carrier.

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by their local customs office.

We are not responsible for all undelivered, refused, unclaimed shipments, or carrier delays.

Please note: Many essential oils are considered to be hazardous (mainly because of flammability) and thus require special handling via international shipping. If there are shipping restrictions imposed in your destination, you will be contacted for a change of order or a refund will be provided.
